We both love good food, served and presented beautifully. Our love affair began some 20 years ago when we both had the privilege to train at the Dorchester, under Anton Mosimann. Training over, we continued to develop our careers in high quality catering environments in the UK, and in France and Switzerland.
We dreamt of developing a business to offer an exclusive and personal catering service directly to clients. We wanted this to be an alternative to traditional restaurant and hotel locations - perhaps in clients' homes, gardens or at their choice of venue. We realised that dream in 1993 when together we formed Denny's Quality Catering.

Today we are proud to remain a small, family-run company, able to give you all the personal care and attention you need for a successful and stress-free event. As we are not a large corporate caterer we provide you with great quality, and you can be sure the people running your event on the day will be the same people with whom you have met and planned – Séan manages all the cooking behind the scenes, while Sue looks after your needs with her team of staff.
